At The Mystery Box Company, we want every surprise to be a delight, but we understand that sometimes things aren't quite what you expected. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened mystery box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your box.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the mystery box remains sealed and in its original condition; place it inside a secure shipping mailer along with your printed RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to confirm the seal is intact, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
